Johannesburg Polytech Institute
JPI has
a wide range of sports, we pride ourselves in being
very good at everything we do, this is because we do
not do it for the sake, but even when we lose we
know we have put every bit drop of sweat in it. Among
the most popular sports at the Institute are:

boys and girls)

Netball (Girls
Only)

Basketball

Athletics

Tennis

Chess
Others are indoor games like chess, table tennis,
pool and swimming,. The school encourages full
participation in all extra-curricular activities.
Last year
in March we were able to visit Giyani in Limpopo
province and were able to beat Giyani High School in
the Interschool Athletics.
Overall we came out winners, we are looking forward
to the second term.
There are numerous
games at the Polytech, and we endeavour to make
every child grow to their best potential.
Games like swimming
and athletics are now part of the curriculum. All
learners are supposed to participate in any one of
the numerous sports that are headed by a Games
Master in the school. |
